IEEE INDUSTRY APPLICATIONS SOCIETY (IAS)
Exists for over 50 Years - formed in 1965, two years after the creation of IEEE! One of the largest special interest societies within the IEEE.
IAS is a source of professional power to more than 13,000 worldwide members and its network of 270+ chapters globally.If your engineering interests are the needs of the industrial or commercial sector, the Industry Applications Society (IAS) will be a valuable professional connection, the IAS focuses specifically on the unique needs of industry and commerce.
IEEE IAS POLYTECH SFAX SBC
Founded in March 18, 2018, we are a chapter of the IEEE Polytech-Sfax student branch. We organize several activities: Conferences, industrial visits, entertainment events, Workshops and other meetings are planned throughout the year. As a member you can also participate in technical competitions organized by the IEEE Industry Applications Society.

IEEE POLYTECH Sfax Student Branch was created on February 25, 2018 with the aim of promoting IEEE activities in Tunisia and offering engineering students the opportunity to be at the forefront of the latest technological innovations Our activities offer numerous educational, technical, and professional advantages through special projects, activities, meetings, tours and field trips.
IEEE TUNISIA SECTION
The IEEE Tunisia section was Founded on June 21, 2008 as part of the IEEE Region 8 (Europe, Africa, and Middle East). Is a non-profit organisation representing IEEE in Tunisia. IEEE Tunisia Section aims to spread IEEE Activities to all corners of the country by educational and technical activities, human networking, and to develop technology and its applications for humanitarian challenges.

Arduino for robotic Training
In this workshop students were given basic knowledge about microcontrollers, embedded system and arduino boards. Practical demonstration was also delivered. A generic code was taught to them which can be implemented for any sort of analog input and output..
IPSAS Integration Party
October 2nd is the first day of the IEEE DAY'18 celebration. On this date we made a stand at our university (IPSAS) presented by the IEEE POLYTECH-Sfax SB members for freshmen to encourage them and help them integrate into our SB by showing them the benefits of IEEE.

IEEEXtreme 13.0
IEEEXtreme is an annual hackathon and competitive programming challenge in which teams of IEEE Student members, often supported by an IEEE Student Branch and proctored by an IEEE member, compete in a 24-hour time span against each other to solve a set of programming problems.
